Air Conditioning Servicing - HVAC Maintenance Contracts - Tucson, ArionaTempature-Control, Inc.  We offer biannual maintenance agreements. We are offering our MA’s at an annual cost of $185.00 plus tax per system. The taxes vary from City, Oro Valley, or County customers. We can offer up to ten years on one MA agreement. All costs need to be paid at the first service.

Temp-Con’s Peak Performance Program

Two  Check-Ups a Year:

 Most home owners fail to maintain their equipment on a regular basis (Twice a year). This is required to maintain the Manufacturer’s Warranty. These routine check-ups allow us to know your system and spot problems before they lead to expensive repairs. WE EVEN CALL YOU!!!

V.I.P. Pricing (On Repairs & Parts):

Get 5% – 20% off all repairs (Parts and labor). We don’t make up pricing based upon how we feel – We use FLAT RATE pricing systems, (Parts and labor in one price). Passing a better savings to our customers.

Free Coil Cleaning:

Test by EPA shows a 10th of a cm. of dirt and dust on your coil can reduce efficiency on your system by 21%. Dirty coils are the #1 cause of bacteria growth in ductwork, the restrict airflow, expel odors, damage motors and shortens the units life expectancy.

All replacement parts are warranted for a minimum of 60 days (Verses the standard 30 days), and all labor is warranted for 30 days.

Priority Scheduling for Repairs:

When a repair is needed (Have peace of mind), Knowing that your repair has priority over any non-VIP customer. Meaning that we will respond to your needs in a quick and timely manner. You also get priority scheduling on your cooling & heating check-ups.

No Trip or Travel Time Charges:

It is standard practice to charge a fee just for having a technician show up to your doorstep. This fee is typically called a “Trip Charge or Travel Time” and can range from $45 – $100. “NOT OUR CUSTOMERS”

Guaranteed 24 hour Response:

Our superior communications system means we can provide one of the fastest response time in the industry. We schedule our calls in a 2 – 3 hour window (No more having to sit around the house waiting all day for us to show up).

Fully Transferrable: If you decide to move, you can transfer the agreement to the new owners. And if you are staying in the area, you can transfer it to your new home (instead).

Air Conditioning & Heating Service Includes:

Temperature-Control, Inc. on a BI-annual basis will visually inspect all Air Conditioning and Heating Systems to include the following:

ELECTRICAL

•Disconnects and External Wiring

•Contactors and Relays

•Internal Control Wiring and Connections

•Thermostat Wiring that is exposed to Units

HEATING

•Blower Assemblies-Motors, Bearings and Belts

•V-Belts

•Check Heat Exchanger

•Check Burner Operation

•Clean Burners if necessary (the cost for this is not included in this agreement)

•Perform CO Test

•Check Safety Devices

COOLING

•Check High and Low Side Pressures

•Check Condensate Tray and Drain, Clean if necessary (Cleaning is not included in this agreement)

•Check exposed ductwork

•Check Unit Transitions to Duct

•Check overall Unit Appearance

•Check and change or clean all Filters (Cost of Filter is not included in this agreement)

Other Services

• Emergency Service Requests will be given a preferred Customer response

• Equipment repairs approved by the customer will be billed on a discounted flat rate basis

Terms and Conditions

TERMS: The term of this agreement will begin on the date indicated for a term of one year and continue from year to yea until terminated. Either party may terminate this agreement by giving thirty days written notice or calling our office and given a word of mouth termination.

CHARGES:

Temperature-Control, Inc. may annually adjust charges for ongoing maintenance or service based on prevailing labor and costs, but must provide customer with sixty days notice.

•All installation and non-emergency services under this agreement will be performed during normal working hours of Temp-Con’s normal working days.

•The client will promptly notify Temp-Con of any malfunction of the systems, which come to the client’s attention.

•All payments for ongoing service will be made upon receipt of the invoice.
