1. What is Your Hourly Fee?
Residential Customers: Our Company does not charge by the hour; we charge by the job. We come out for a diagnostic fee, tell you what it is wrong with your unit and then give you a price for the repairs.
Commercial Customers: Our company charges an hourly rate and our time starts when we leave the last job we’re on.
2. Do You Charge for Coming Out to My Place and Giving Me an Estimate?
Our Company does not charge for estimates on new units. We do however charge for coming and giving you a price on repairing your unit.
3. Do You Have a Discount if I Get Multiple Units Serviced at the Same Location?
Residential Customers: Yes, we do have a discount for multiple units at the same location. We charge full price for the first unit and ½ price for each additional unit at the same location.
Commercial Customers: No, we charge our normal rate.
4. Do You Have a Military or Senior Citizen Discount?
Yes we have a 5% military or senior citizen You man not double up on the discounts, but you may however use a coupon that you have and use a discount.
5. Can You Get to Me Today?
Our company does everything we can to try and get to customers on a timely basis, but there are times when our company is booked out 3-4 days at a time. We do however give priority to our MA Agreement customers and our quarterly maintenance commercial customers.
6. What Kind of Systems do You Offer?
We can get any kind of system you would like, but we are a dealer of Trane, Rheem, and Amana.
7. What Kind of Warranties Does Your Company Offer?
Our company offers a 2 year satisfaction warranty for any service repairs. We also offer a ten-year satisfaction warranty on any installation of a new system we install. The parts all have their own manufactures warranty. We also offer our customers an extended parts & labor warranty on installations.
8. What would be the Proper Tonnage for the Square Feet of My Home?
That would need to be determined by a heat load calculation specific for your home.
