I purchased a new heat exchanger and furnace from Temperature-Control about two years ago. About a week ago my AC stopped working. I called them at 6::00 PM and reported the problem. Their technician, Jeff Elrod, arrived two hours later, at 8:00 PM. He checked the entre system and diagnosed the problem, and a half-hour later the AC was working fine again. This experience can only be described as outstanding customer service and a very competent technician. I would strongly recommend anyone to Temperature-Control.

My AC’s capacitor blew during an evening storm and Temperature Control showed up the next morning to repair it. Eli was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me all my options before repairing everything in a short amount of time.

I needed to replace a bad water line from the meter at the street to my house - a very long run (about 165ft) thru hard ground and with nearby utilities so careful digging was needed. Eddie, Carlos and Nick worked hard for 2.5 days. Thanks for a great job at a reasonable price!

I had Eli come out on a service call. He identified the problem and also checked out the rest of the unit to see if there was anything else to be weary of. He found that everything else looked okay and so he drove an hour to pick up the necessary parts to fix the unit, came back and fixed it up same day! He was very through and knowledgeable, and gave us a good impression of him and the company.

I was having an issue with my A/C unit and called Temperature Control. The serviceman called me and asked a few questions. One of the questions was, " when did I has change my air filter". That was an "Oh Yeah" moment! I changed the air filter and the system is working. Thanks to ELI for all his help. My Bill was $00.00. I will be calling Temperature Control for a maintenance policy.
