AC repair after hours answered with service man within 3 hours. Up and running with a “temp” fix. New cooling unit installed on day I selected. Carlos Grageda is very thorough and knowledgable. He is very polite and punctual and quickly responds to fixing problem. Carlos is a valuable employee and an asset in representing Temperature Control. He deserves a rating higher than the 5 allowed.

I purchased a new heat exchanger and furnace from Temperature-Control about two years ago. About a week ago my AC stopped working. I called them at 6::00 PM and reported the problem. Their technician, Jeff Elrod, arrived two hours later, at 8:00 PM. He checked the entre system and diagnosed the problem, and a half-hour later the AC was working fine again. This experience can only be described as outstanding customer service and a very competent technician. I would strongly recommend anyone to Temperature-Control.
