I purchased a new heat exchanger and furnace from Temperature-Control about two years ago. About a week ago my AC stopped working. I called them at 6::00 PM and reported the problem. Their technician, Jeff Elrod, arrived two hours later, at 8:00 PM. He checked the entre system and diagnosed the problem, and a half-hour later the AC was working fine again. This experience can only be described as outstanding customer service and a very competent technician. I would strongly recommend anyone to Temperature-Control.

I had Eli come out on a service call. He identified the problem and also checked out the rest of the unit to see if there was anything else to be weary of. He found that everything else looked okay and so he drove an hour to pick up the necessary parts to fix the unit, came back and fixed it up same day!
