Our HVAC stopped running right as temperatures were starting to peak, so we were relieved to have Temperature Control come out so quickly. Our technician, Isailan, was extremely thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully assess the system, troubleshoot the issues, and clearly explain what he found.
What stood out most was how detailed and professional he was in presenting a plan to address the problems rather than rushing through the appointment. We really appreciated his knowledge, patience, and honesty during a stressful situation. Excellent service experience overall — thank you, Isailan and Temperature Control!
