I had Eli come out on a service call. He identified the problem and also checked out the rest of the unit to see if there was anything else to be weary of. He found that everything else looked okay and so he drove an hour to pick up the necessary parts to fix the unit, came back and fixed it up same day! He was very through and knowledgeable, and gave us a good impression of him and the company.

I was having an issue with my A/C unit and called Temperature Control. The serviceman called me and asked a few questions. One of the questions was, " when did I has change my air filter". That was an "Oh Yeah" moment! I changed the air filter and the system is working. Thanks to ELI for all his help. My Bill was $00.00. I will be calling Temperature Control for a maintenance policy. Thanks Eli.

Jesus Moreno came out and diagnosed the issue right away! He was polite, professional and wasn’t just trying to sell me something like my last experiences. He educated me on my options and made me feel very comfortable with the decision we made. I would recommend Jesus and Temperature Control to anyone that wants an honest caring company!

Very nice and professional! Got HVAC whole system replaced. Our technician, Robert Stroud, was amazing. I asked him to do couple extra things and he was happy to help.

Excellent! Just purchased a plan. This was my 1st experience with temp. Control. What a change from my previous service provider. Pointed out shoddy work from them and explained additional parts that had been recommended that were not needed. Very satisfied with Carlos.

Julian arrived on time to clean the ductwork. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a great job in a short amount of time for a fair price. Awesome job!

The shower handle leaked and Julian replaced the cartridge. This is the 2nd time Julian did a repair in my house. Both times he was courteous, professional, and dedicated to getting the job done! Scheduling was easy and my problem was solved within a day.
