I am happy with the process from initial inquiry to the installation on my heat pump. All of the staff that I worked with have been very professional, informative and honest. In particular Jeff, Robert and Jorge. Jorge was always available when I had questions and concerns. Robert and Jorge did a professional and smooth installation.

I am on the annual service plan with Temperature Control and called them for help with a plugged sink. The line had a small obstruction which did not require snaking so they addressed it while allowing me to keep my annual service credit for another call - thank you for being honest. In addition, they flushed my water heater as a part of the service agreement that I didn't know about. Mario and Elliot provided professional guidance should I ever decide to flush it on my own as I've done in the past. Overall, Mario and Elliot provided friendly, professional and prompt service. Upon installing a new refrigerator, I found a small leak from an old valve for the water line to the ice maker. After twenty+ years, the valve was seized and I could not remove it so I contacted Temperature Control for help. Eddie Cervantes was great - after about 10 minutes, he loosened and upon my request, allowed me the option to complete the repair on my own which saved me a ton of money. Thank you for being flexible on this front and for your overall professionalism.
