We have used Temperature Control for about 5 years. First because it is a local Tucson business. Second, they have come on the weekend after 8 PM to fix an HVAC outage. They come when they say they will and on time.
They installed a new water heater and come on a regular basis to clean it to prevent junk buildup.
Recently we had to take down a mini split that we had purchased from the company we had earlier and replace it with a much better one, made in the US, and cost was better than the foreign made one from previous company.

The crew, Eddie, Carlos & Nick, did a nice job installing a second Navien tankless system and plumbing it into our water lines, replacing our last remaining A.O. Smith heaters. The new Navien appears to be doing what we expected. The guys were helpful, anticipated my concerns, cleaned up, and were great to work with.
