We had a wonderful experience with Temperature Control. Jeff came out to give us a detailed estimate for a new A/C unit, he explained the process to us, and we felt very comfortable with the Jeff and decided to go with Temp Control. When the installers for the unit arrived they were very respectful, installed the unit in a timely matter and cleaned up after themselves. We opted to get the ducts cleaned also, Julian cleaned the ducts and checked to make sure are ducts were working properly so we have optimal A/C usage. The entire process was easy and everyone that came was respectful and courteous. We appreciate the wonderful work and we are looking forward to haveing a cool house this summer.

Carlos who works for Temperature Control Inc. A/C and heating did a very professional job inspecting our A/C. He found problems with the blower motor using over spec current consumption. He showed me the numbers and several other little issues. He located the parts and was back the same day and got everything fixed.

We have a service plan with Temperature Control and we had our Spring maintenance done today. Jeremy was the technician who came and was extremely personable and informative. He showed me photos of what was going on with the capacitor and he explained why he needed to replace it, but because we have the service plan, we got a discount on it. He didn't expect me to just take his word for it, he took photos so I could see that he wasn't just trying to sell me a product. He also showed me how to take care of unit in between their visits. I highly recommend the Temperature Control service plan.
