I purchased a new heat exchanger and furnace from Temperature-Control about two years ago. About a week ago my AC stopped working. I called them at 6::00 PM and reported the problem. Their technician, Jeff Elrod, arrived two hours later, at 8:00 PM. He checked the entre system and diagnosed the problem, and a half-hour later the AC was working fine again. This experience can only be described as outstanding customer service and a very competent technician. I would strongly recommend anyone to Temperature-Control.

He found that everything else looked okay and so he drove an hour to pick up the necessary parts to fix the unit, came back and fixed it up same day!
